腹膜透析短期内对高血压患者多项指标的影响

目的研究腹膜透析短期内对高血压患者生化指标及免疫指标的影响。方法将48例2级高血压患者分为2组：腹膜透析组（CAPD组）和对照组。对照组不进行腹膜透析。连续6个月后观察。结果 CAPD组和高血压组的血清白蛋白、内皮素、血肾素以及血管紧张素Ⅱ治疗前无统计学差异,治疗后有统计学差异。两组的血红蛋白、血清K＋、血清Na＋于治疗前后并无差异。结论对于有腹膜透析需要的高血压患者,可以在短期内治疗基础病的同时降低高血压相关的生理、生化以及免疫指标。

Influence of Short- term Peritoneal Dialysis on Indicators of Hypertension

Objective To study the short-term peritoneal dialysis patients with hyperten-sion and biochemical indices and immune parameters.Methods Totally 48 cases of two hypertensive subjects were divided into 2 groups： peritoneal dialysis（CAPD group） and control group.Control group without peritoneal dialysis.6 consecutive months later.Results CAPD group and hypertension group,serum albumin,endothelin,blood renin and angiotensin Ⅱ was no significant difference before treatment,after treatment they were significantly different.Two groups of hemoglobin,serum K ＋,ser-um Na ＋ was no difference before and after treatment.Conclusion For patients with hypertension need peritoneal dialysis,in the short term treatment of underlying diseases while reducing hypertension-related physiological,biochemical and immune parameters
