牙体隐裂早期治疗的临床疗效观察

目的探讨牙体隐裂早期治疗的方法,并对治疗效果进行评价。方法 52例患者的53颗隐裂牙齿,行调磨充填治疗或根管治疗后全冠修复,观察期6个月。结果 52例患者6个月随访成功率为86.5%,随访成功的46颗隐裂患牙中,6个月后复查无症状35颗,治疗成功率76.1%。结论牙科手术显微镜下确诊及治疗,调磨后充填及根管治疗后全冠修复,对隐裂牙齿有较好的短期治疗效果。

Clinical Effects of Early Treatment of Cracked Tooth

Objective To study the methods of early treatment of cracked tooth and to evaluate the results of treatment.Methods Totally 53 cracked tooth of 52 patients were treated by means of occlusal adjustment and filling or crown restoration after root canal therapy.The treatment effect was observed in 6 months.Results The follow-up visit rate was 86.5%.The success rate was 76.1% in follow-up visit after six months.Conclusion It was effective to treat cracked teeth with occlusal adjustment and filling and crown restoration after root canal therapy using dental operating microscope in short term observation.
