经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死86例临床研究

目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的手术方法和临床疗效。方法对86例ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死患者发病12h内行急诊经皮冠脉介入（PCI），梗死相关动脉置入支架。结果86例成功行PCI，置入支架90枚，无严重并发症。术后即刻TIMI血流3级者80例（93％），2级者6例（6．9％），术后随访1～16个月，无心脏事件发生，无死亡病例。结论急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI成功率高，效果好，并发症少。

Clinical Study of 86 Cases of Percutaneous coronary Intervention for Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To evaluate the percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction in the surgical methods and clinical efficacy. Methods Totally 86 patients with ST elevation acute myocardial infarction onset 12h expert emergency PCI, infarct - related artery stenting. Results 86 patients with successful line of PCI, stent placement 90, no serious complications. Immediately after TIMI flow 3 grade, 80 cases （93%）, 2, 6 cases （6.9%）, patients were followed up 1 to 16 months, no cardiac events, no deaths. Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction undergoing emergency PCI success rate, good results and few complications.
