| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法将160例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,对照组在一般治疗的基础上加用西药弥可保治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为86.2%,对照组为68.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且治疗组能明显提高神经传导速度。结论中西医结合治疗DPN疗效显著,不良反应少,且疗效稳定而持久,值得临床进一步推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Integrated treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods Totally 160 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 80 cases, the control group based on the general treatment use western medicine methylcobalamin treatment the control group was added based on chinese decoction. Results The total effective rate was 86.2% , 68.7% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; and treatment can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity. Conclusion Combination treatment for DPN were significantly better than western medicine alone. |
