无创正压通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭中的应用研究

目的探讨无创正压通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法选取2005年1月—2009年12月采用呼吸机治疗的43例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者为治疗组,同期选取未采用呼吸机治疗的43例患者为对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上进行经鼻（面）罩BiPAP呼吸机无创通气治疗。结果两组患者治疗前后PaO2、PaCO2间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无创正压通气是治疗慢性阻塞性肺病所致呼吸衰竭的有效方法。

Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

Objective To explore the methods and application of noninvasive positive pres-sure ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods January 2005 ～ December 2009 in our hospital with ventilation treatment 43 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure as treated group,compared with no ventilation treatment 43 patients as control group.Both groups were given conventional therapy,the treatment group was treated on the basis of nasal（facial） mask BiPAP ventilation noninvasive ventilation.Results The patients before and after treatment PaO2,PaCO2 difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nonin-vasive positive pressure ventilation is an effective method treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure
