游离二氧化硅样品采集误差分析

摘    要:目的探讨游离二氧化硅测定中的采样方法,降低采样造成的误差。方法运用数理统计学的方法,根据样品的特性,分析误差产生的影响因素,确定样品的采集数。结果样品的采集数以5~6个较适宜,确定了样品采集量、采样点的布设及采样时段的选择。结论按照该方法采集到的二氧化硅样品更能代表整个工作场所的真实含量。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the sampling method of free silica and reduce the error caused by sampling.Methods Determine the number of sample collection using mathematical statisti-cal methods,according to the characteristics of the sample,analyze the factor of the causing error.Re-sults The number of samples collected to 5 ~ 6 is more appropriate and determine the amount of the sample collection,the layout of sampling points and sampling timing.Conclusion The samples col-lected in the workplace are more representative for the real contents in accordance with this method
