产褥期下肢血栓性静脉炎60例临床分析

目的分析产褥期下肢血栓性静脉炎的病因、病机、诊断及治疗。方法对2004年1月-2009年12月60例产褥期下肢血栓性静脉炎患者的治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果60例患者治愈46例，显效10例，好转4例，46例痊愈患者均无并发症，随访1—3年无复发。结论产褥期下肢血栓性静脉炎的发病与妊娠期产妇的生理变化及某些妊娠合并症、并发症和手术损伤有关，通过抗感染、抗凝、溶栓加以支持疗法、配合中医药治疗可取得较好的治疗效果。

Puerperal Thrombophlebitis of Lower Extremity in 60 Cases

Objective Puerperal thrombophlebitis of lower extremity etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Methods From January 20（0 to December 2009 60 cases of puerperal thrombophlebitis of lower extremity in patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 60 patients cured 46 cases ,effective 10, d cases improved, 46 cured patients had no complications, follow - up 1 to 3 years without recurrence. Conclusion Puerperal thrombophlebitis of lower extremity morbidity is related to maternal physiological changes during pregnancy and certain pregnancy complications, and surgical complications related to the injury. Antibiotics, anticoagulation, thrombolytic therapy with Chinese medicine can obtain good treatment.
