DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸的制备研究

摘    要:目的研究一步法催化合成DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸的合成条件。方法对原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量四个因素进行考察,得到最佳反应条件。结果所得较佳工艺条件为:乙醛酸∶苯酚:氨基磺酸为1∶1.2∶1.3(摩尔),反应时间为8h,反应温度为70℃,催化剂用量为乙醛酸的2%,产品收率达70%以上。结论 DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸的制备研究方法可行。

Abstract:Objective The synthesis condition of DL-P-Hydroxy phenylglydine with one-pot reaction are researched.Methods The molar ration of glyoxylic acid to phenol and amino-sulfonic acid,reaction temperature,reation period and amount of catalyst have been investigated,and recived the optimal reaction conditions.Results The optimum conditions are that the molar ration of glyoxylic acid to phenol and amino-sulfonic acid is 1.0∶1.2∶1.3,reaction period is 8 hours,reaction temperature 70℃ and the amount of catalyst is 2% of the glyoxylic acid.The yield for product exceed 70%.Conclusion DL-hydroxyphenylglycine Preparation method is feasible.
