鼻中隔矫正与等离子低温消融联合激素治疗变应性鼻炎

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术与等离子低温消融术联合药物治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲及下鼻甲肥大的临床疗效。方法对60例变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲及双下鼻甲肥大患者行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正与等离子低温消融联合鼻用糖皮质激素治疗,术后随访1年。按照变应性鼻炎的诊治原则和推荐方案（2004,兰州）标准,用计分法评定其疗效。结果显效76.7%（46/60）,有效18.3%（11/60）,无效5%（3/60）,总有效率95%。治疗后各症状改善明显,治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.001）。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正与等离子低温消融联合药物治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲及下鼻甲肥大,疗效显著,有较好的临床应用价值。

Low-temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation and Nasal Septum Correction Combined with Medical Therapy in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation（LTPRA）and nasal septum correction under endoscope combined with medical therapy in treating allergic rhinitis（AR）.Methods Totally 60 cases of AR complicated with NSD were treated by nasal septum correction and LTPRA under nasal endoscope.The effect was assessed according to 2004s Lanzhou standard.Results After 1 year fellow up,the outcome was prominent in 46/60 cases,effective in 11/60 cases and ineffective in 3/60cases.The effectual and effective rates was 95%.After the treatment,each symptom is improved.There are significant difference between pre-operative and post-operative（P0.001）.Conclusion LTPRA combined with nasal septum correction under endoscope in treating allergic rhinitis is a safety,effective method,and is worthy of clinical generalization.
