| 摘 要： | 目的：观察辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病大鼠血清中血脂变化的影响。方法：高糖高脂法制造2型糖尿病大鼠模型1个月,于31 d灌胃辛伐他汀20 mg/（kg.d）,连续7 d。取血检测血清总胆固醇（CHO）,三酰甘油（TG）,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-G）,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-G）变化。结果：治疗组血清中总胆固醇（CHO）,三酰甘油（TG）,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-G）,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-G）与对照组比较统计学差异显著（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：服用辛伐他汀能够降低2型糖尿病大鼠血脂的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the influence of simvastation on cholesterol changes in the rats with diabetes Ⅱ.Methods：Feed the rat models with diabetes Ⅱ with high sugar and high fat food.On the 31th day,give lavement to the stomach with simvastation 20 mg/kg·d for seven days.Withdraw the blood to test the changes of CHO,TG,HDL-G,LDL-G.Results：When comparing treatment group with control group,There is an significant difference CHO、TG、HDL-G、LDL-G in blood serum the statistics data（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Take simvastation can reduce the amount of cholesterol of rats with diabetes Ⅱ. |
