实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的校准与质控方法探讨

目的建立实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的校准和质量控制方法，保证实验室检测结果的准确性、一致性。方法以一台性能较好的血细胞分析仪作为参考仪器，用新鲜抗凝全血定期进行多台血细胞分析仪间的比对试验，作相关分析和偏差分析，当检测结果与判定规则不符时，用参考仪器给新鲜全血定值，以新鲜全血校准比对仪器。结果校准后比对仪器检测结果在允许偏差范围内且相关系数R〉0．95，检测结果准确性、一致性好。结论实验室内拥有同系列多台血细胞分析仪时，可通过定期比对试验及定值新鲜全血校准比对仪器．建立多台血细胞分析仪的校准和质量控制方法．保证实验室检测结果的准确性、一致性。

Evaluating the method of calibration and quality control of several hematology analyzers in the same laboratory

Objective To establish the method of calibration and quality control for several hematology analyzers in a laboratory to insure the veracity and consistency of the results. Methods The one hematology analyzer with best performance was chosen as reference analyzer. Anticoagulative fresh whole blood was detected on several hematology analyzers by verification testing at regular intervals. The results were analyzed by relative bias and correlation coefficient. When the results did not agree with the standard of allowable, reference analyzer was used to settle a value of the fresh whole blood and calibrated the comparison analyzers by the fresh whole blood. Results The results of the comparison analyzers were agree with the relative bias for allowable and the correlation coefficient （R 〉0.95） after calibration. The results were of good veracity and consistency. Conclusion When the lab has several hematology analyzers of the same series, technician can do verification testing and calibration of the comparison analyzers at regular. In this way, to establish the method of calibration and quality control for several hematology analyzers in a laboratory can ensure the veracity and consistency of the results.
