喉罩和气管插管全麻在烧伤手术中的应用比较

目的:探讨喉罩通气在烧伤手术麻醉中的应用和效果评价。方法:选择烧伤全麻患者40例,随机分成喉罩(LMA)组和气管插管(TT)组,采取静脉复合全身麻醉,观察围麻醉期的血流动力学、SPO2、PETCO2变化及并发症情况。结果:LMA组在置入期和拔除期HR、MAP的变化较T组小(P<0.05和P<0.01),两组的SPO2、PETCO2变化差异无显著性(P>0.05),LMA组苏醒期躁动、咽喉不适的并发症少于TT组(P<0.01)。结论:喉罩用于烧伤手术麻醉,置入方便,应激反应小,通气满意,安全可靠。

Compared the Applications of Laryngeal Mask Airway and Endotracheal Intubation Anesthesia Used for the Burn Operation

Objective:To explore the application of laryngeal mask airway anesthesia for the burn operation and to evaluate its effect.Method: 40 patients were randomly divided into laryngeal mask airway(LMA) group and endotracheal intubation(TT) group,and then observed the hemodynamic,SPO2 and PETCO2 changes and the complications under combined intravenous general anesthesia during peri-anesthesia.Result: The changes of HR and MAP were lower in LMP than in TT during intubation and extubation(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The changes of SPO2 and PETCO2 were not different(P>0.05) in both groups.The complications of restless and pharynx sore during recovery from anesthesia occurred less in LMP than in TT(P<0.01).Conclusion: Using laryngeal mask airway anesthesia for the burn operation is easy to intubate,less irritable,ventilation satisfying and safe.
