| 摘 要： | 对７例经手术及病理证实的原发性脑肿瘤并发颅内出血者的临床资料进行了分析。结果：脑膜瘤４例，脉络丛乳头状瘤，实质性血管网织细胞瘤、多型性胶质母细胞瘤各１例；伴硬脑膜下血肿３例，蛛网膜下腔出血２例，脑室内及脑内出血各１例。 |

| Abstract: | To study the etiology and clinical feature of nontumors intracranial hemorrhage in patients with primary cerebroma,the clinical datas of 7 cases of primary cerebroma with intracranial hemorrhage were analysed Result showed 4 cases with meningeoma,1 case with choriopapilloma,1 case with vascular reticulum cell tumor,1 case with glioblastoma multiforme 3 cases accompanied with subdural hematoma,2 cases accompanied subarachnoid hemorrhage,1 case accompanied intraventricular hemorrhage and 1 case intracerebral hemorrhage The spontaneous bust of abnormal thin vascular wall played an important role in the intracranial hemorrhage The symptoms of cerebral apoplexy will appear when the intracranial apoplexy happen |
