| 摘 要： | 手术治疗周围型小肺癌４９例,结果表明,鳞癌的５年自下而上率优于腺癌和其它组织类型肺癌,同组织类型小肺癌比较,Ｎ０优于Ｎ１,Ｎ１优于Ｎ２。即使是早期小肺癌,成其是腺癌和发化小细胞癌,预后也不全令人满意。小肺癌产不全是早期肺癌,术后的综合治疗仍是不可缺少的。

| Abstract: | 49 patients with peripheral small lung cancer received surgical treatment Results showed:5-year survival rate of squamous carcinoma was better than adnocarcinoma and other tissue type of cancer Same type of cancer compared,N 0 was better than N 1,N 1 was better than N 2 Prognostic of early small lung cancer was not satisfaction enough,especially andocarcinoma and small cell lung cancer Although operation is the appropriate management for small lung cancer,it should be pointed that postoperative multimodel treatment was still indispensable |
