失血性休克患者血浆神经肽Y的含量变化

采用放射免疫分析法测定了３０例健康人、３１例轻度休克及３０例中度休克患者血浆神经肽Ｙ的含量。结果显示，轻度休克患者血浆ＮＰＹ含量明显高于正常对照组（ｐ〈０．０１）；中度休克患者血浆ＮＰＹ含量明显高于正常对照组（ｐ〈０．００１），也明显高于轻度休克组（ｐ〈０．０１）。血浆神经肽Ｙ含量增高与失血性休克的严重程度密切相关，提示神经肽Ｙ在休克的发病机理中可能起重要作用。

CHANGES OF PLASMA NEUROPEPTIDEY LEVELS IN HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK PATIENTS

Neuropeptide Y(NPY) levels were measured in 30 normal subjects, in 31 cases of mild heraorrhagic shock (HS) and 30 cases of moderate HS by radioimmunoassay, The results showed that plasma NPY levels in patients with mild HS increased significantly as compared with those in the normal subjects (p<0.0l). The plasma NPY in patients with moderate HS increased markedly as compared with those not only in the contros (p<0.001) but also the mild HS (p<0.01). The increase of the plasma NPY levels was closely correlated with the severity of HS. These data suggest that NPY may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HS.
