凶杀碎尸案的法医学检验鉴定分析(附4例报告)

目的　总结凶杀碎尸案中法医学检验鉴定的经验 ,提高对此类案件的法医学鉴定水平 ,更好地为案侦提供方向 ,为诉讼提供科学证据。方法　回顾性分析近年来已破获的 4例凶杀碎尸案档案资料。结果　犯罪嫌疑人均为被害人的亲属或熟人 ;杀人现场多选择被害人家中 ,抛尸现场多为作案现场较远的野外 ;致死工具多为斧头、钢管等 ,碎尸工具为菜刀、砍刀。结论寻找被害人身源是案侦工作的前提和关键 ;全面细致勘查犯罪现场 ,寻找法医物证 ,为诉讼提供科学证据 ,在此类案件中具有重要意义 ;运用先进的法医学理论和检验技术 ,可为凶杀碎尸案的法医学鉴定提供有益的帮助。

The analysis of identification and verification on homicide

Objectives To provide scientific proof for lawsuit and to improve the level of identification, the experience of medical verification and identification on cases about homicide is summarized.Method the data about 4 cases of homicide are retrospectively analyzed.Result the suspicious criminals are the relatives or acquaintanses of the victim; the spots for killing are usually the victim's house; the locations that casting the corpse are always far away from the spot for murder; the murdering tools are usually axes or steel pipes, the tools that cut the copse usually are kitchen knife.Conclusion To provide scientific evidence for lawsuit, It's crucial to search the status of the victim and important to explore the spots and seek the evidence for crime.
