| 摘 要： | 目的：观察苯磺酸氨氯地平（络活喜）治疗高血压患者血压晨峰的效果。方法：将动态血压检测明确有血压晨峰现象的120例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,每晚服用苯磺酸氨氯地平5～10 mg,服药4、8周后分别动态血压监测患者的血压。结果：120例高血压患者服药治疗4、8周后高血压晨峰值收缩压、舒张压比治疗前明显降低（P均〈0.01）。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平能有效控制高血压患者的血压晨峰。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of amlodipine besylate on morning blood pressure surge（MPBS） in patients with hypertension.Methods： A total of 120 patients with MPBS were selected by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.The patients took orally amlodipine besylate 5 mg or 10 mg once every evening for 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Ambulatory blood pressure was performed 4 weeks and 8 weeks after therapy.Results： After 4 weeks or 8 weeks treatment,SBP and DBP were significantly reduced（P0.01）.Conclusion： Taking orally amlodipine besylate tablets can effectively control morning blood pressure surge of patients with hypertension. |
