流行性腮腺炎并发症80例分析

目的：探讨流行性腮腺炎并发症的临床表现及治疗方法。方法：回顾80例流行性腮腺炎患者的临床表现及实验室检查资料,并发脑膜炎43例,胰腺炎22例,颌下腺炎9例,睾丸炎10例,肺炎8例,心肌炎7例,同时合并2种或2种以上并发症者19例。结果：全部患者均采取抗病毒、对症处理、支持疗法治疗,均痊愈出院,无后遗症发生。结论：流行性腮腺炎应早检查,早发现,早隔离,规范治疗,加强科普宣传,减少并发症的发生。

Clinical analysis of 80 cases of mumps complications

Objective：To investigate the clinical manifestations of mumps complications and treatment. Methods：Retrospected 80 cases of mumps patients with clinical and laboratory data, 43 cases of meningitis, 22 cases of pancreatitis, submandibular gland inflammation in 9 cases, 10 cases of testicular inflammation, pneumonia in 8 cases, 7 cases of myocarditis, while merging 2 or more than 2 kinds of complications in 19 cases. Results：All patients were taking anti-viral, symptomatic treatment, supported care treatment. Discharged without sequelae. Conclusion：Mumps should be checked early, early discovery, early isolation, standard treatment, to strengthen scientific propaganda and reduce complications.
