Clinical control study on applied time of early implementation of enteral nutrition with sever acute pancreatitis

Objective：To investigate of applied time of patients with severe acute pancreatitis early implementation of enteral nutrition （EN）. Methods：40 cases with sever acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups, observation group and control group, 20 cases each group, chose different time namely respectively. Results：Compared different phase plasma albumin of two groups, observation group was better than control group（P0.05）, there were no statistical significance of complication and infection of teo groups （P0.05）, hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than control group （P0.05）. Conclusion：In patients with severe acute pancreatitis, early implementation of enteral nutrition can improve nutritional status, reduce complication, clinical significance is important.
