泌尿生殖道支原体耐药性分析及其合并细菌念珠菌感染情况

摘    要:目的了解我院近年泌尿生殖道支原体:解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)感染和耐药情况,及其合并细菌、念珠菌感染的情况。方法采用泌尿生殖道分泌物进行Uu、Mh的检测和药敏试验,白带直接涂片革兰氏染色后进行真菌、细菌等镜检。结果862例支原体培养标本中,阳性检出率为53.3%,其中uu为43%,Mh为2.4%,Uu和Mh混合感染为7.9%;Uu对抗菌药物耐药率较高的为氧氟沙星,司巴沙星和左氧氟沙星;Mh和Uu合并Mh对抗菌药物耐药率较高的为克拉霉素,阿齐霉素和罗红霉素。433例女性支原体感染阳性者的白带合并阴道念珠菌感染占16.6%,合并革兰氏阴性杆菌感染占30.9%,合并革兰阳性球菌感染占16%,清洁度Ⅲ度及以上占51%。结论加强支原体耐药性监测,并尽可能同时检查细菌和念珠菌,合并治疗以提高治愈率。

The analysis of drug sensitivity about Mycoplasma and the status of Mycoplasma mixed with bacteria, candida in urogenital tract infection

Abstract:Objective To investigate the detection and drug sensitivity of Ureaplasma urealyticum ( Uu), Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and the status of Myeoplasma mixed with bacteria, candida in urogenital tract infection from April, 2008 to March, 2009. Methods Kits for Mycoplasma culture, indentifieation and counting were used to separate Uu and Mh and the drug susceptibility tests were also performed with the kit. Leucorrhea was observed with microscope after stained by Gran Stain. Results In 862 samples of suspicious urogenital tract infection patients, the positive rate was 53.3%, the isolation rate of Uu, Uu mixed with Mh, and Mh were 43% , 7.9% , 2.4%. Uu was higher drug resitanee to ofloxacin, sparfloxaci and levofloxaein, Mh and Uu mixed with Mh was higher drug resistance to Clarithromyeiu, Azithromyc and roxithromycin. The rate of mycoplasma mixed with eandida was 16. 6% , Gran-negative bacilli was 30. 9% , Gran-positive cocci was 16% , grada Ⅲ-Ⅳ in vagina sanitrary was 51%. Conclusion The monitor of Mycoplasma drug resitance should be enhanced, bacteria and candida should be examined at the same time, so that cure ratio could be enhance through associated therapy.
