Sysmex XE-5000血细胞分析仪白细胞分类性能评价

目的探讨Sysmex XE-5000血细胞分析仪白细胞分类结果和异常警句在临床应用的价值。方法对2，579例静脉血病例标本，用全自动血细胞分析仪分类出现异常警句提示与人工镜检白细胞分类结果分析。结果Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪对形态异常细胞提示系统具有很高灵敏度，其异常情况报警系统的灵敏度为100％，阴性预示值为100％，阳性预示值为81．59％，特异性为86．78％，假阳性率为21．71％。仪器无报警提示的标本分类与人工显微镜检分类比较，中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞相关系数（r）分别是0．9807，0．9557，0．9036，0．8500，0．7029。结论对于有异常的标本，仪器很难提供完全准确的分析结果，按照操作规程进行显微镜镜检，以免造成漏诊、误诊现象。

Clinical Evaluation of the Sysmex XE-5000 Analyzer in Application of the White Blood Cells Classification

Objective To evaluate the performance of the Sysmex XE-5000 analyzer to analyze the white blood cells and their abnormalities warnings.Methods 2,579 samples were examined repeatedly by microscope measurement and Sysmex XE-5000 analyzer,Statistics on the data were made to evaluate the accordance between warnings of analyzer and manual examination.Result The Sysmex XE-5000 analyzer has a higher precision and the sensitivity of the alarming system was 100%.The predictive value of negative was 100%.The predictive value of positive was 81.59%.The specificity was 95.6%.The false positive rate was 21.71%.Among the comparisons of normal samples and microscopic effect, correlation coefficient of the Neut, Lym,Mon,Eos and Baso were 0.9807,0.9557,0.9036,0. 8500 and 0.7029 respectively.Conclusion For abnormal specimens,it is difficult to provide exact result, those which are corresponded with the remeasure criteria need to perform the microscopic exam according to the operational . rule strictly.This can prevent missed and improper diagnosis.
