经下腹单横切口补片法治疗双侧腹股沟疝的临床观察

目的:探讨经下腹单横切口补片法治疗双侧腹股沟疝的方法及术后情况。方法:将收治的双侧腹股沟疝患者45例根据术式的不同分为观察组22例(前入路常规腹股沟疝斜切口两侧分别作无张力修补)和对照组23例(经下腹单横切口补片法),对两组术后情况进行比较。结果:两组术式在切口血肿、平均手术时间、平均住院时间及恢复日常生活时间方面相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在平均费用、术后疼痛病例方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经下腹单横切口补片法治疗双侧腹股沟疝可快速确定疝囊,操作方便且费用低,值得临床推广。

Via a ventral single crosscut mouth patch for bilateral inguinal hernia clinical observation

Objective Via a ventral single crosscut mouth patch treatment method of bilateral inguinal hernia and postoperative situation.Methods Will be our bilateral inguinal hernia patients in 45 cases according to the different surgical observation group is divided into 22 cases（by conventional oblique incision inguinal hernia repair one side without tension control） and 23 cases（via a ventral single crosscut mouth patch）,two groups of postoperative situation comparison.Results In two groups,the average time incision hematoma,the average length of time and recovery time in daily life than there are no significant difference（P0.05）,but the average cost,postoperative pain in case there is a significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Via a ventral single crosscut mouth patch for bilateral inguinal hernia can be determined rapidly hernial sac,convenient operation and low cost,it is worth popularizing.
