碘海醇不良反应的原因与对策分析

目的探讨碘海醇在CT增强扫描中,产生不良反应的原因和对策。方法通过对300例增强扫描患者的观察,进行分析总结,针对其所发生不良反应的原因,采取相应的护理措施。结果 300例造影患者发生局部渗漏9例,轻度不良反应21例,中度不良反应2例,无重度不良反应发生。结论护士熟练的操作技术,扎实的理论基础,迅速的判断能力可最大限度的保障患者的生命安全,降低不良反应的发生。

Reasons and countermeasures analysis for side effects of iohexol

Objective To discuss the possible reasons and related countermeasures for iohexol in contrast enhanced CT scan(CECT) of the patients.Methods Totally there are 300 cases of CECT with idohexol selected for observing and follow-up analysis,to the case with side effect,on the basis of possible reason analysis,corresponding nursing protocol was carried out.Results In the 300 cases,there are 9 cases suffering from contrast medium(CM) local exvascular leakage,21 cases with mild adverse reactions,2 cases with moderate adverse reactions,and there is no severe adverse reactions in the study.Conclusion It is the corner stone that the nurse with skilled operational techniques,and solid theoretical basis,as well as rapid judgment to this condition can maximize the protection of the patient’s lives,and reduce adverse reactions followed by Iohexol administration as the CM in CECT.
