前清蛋白、C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数在感染性疾病中的应用

目的探讨前清蛋白(PA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)在感染性疾病中相互关系及应用价值。方法对410例常见感染性疾病的患者同时进行PA、CRP及WBC检测并统计分析。结果 WBC增高组CRP为(37.99±50.6)mg/dl,PA为(17.9±3.98)mg/dl,WBC正常组CRP为(8.12±11.23)mg/dl,PA为(21.01±3.89)mg/dl,两组间比较CRP、PA的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CRP增高组WBC为(19.99±6.32)×109/L,PA为(17.88±2.85)mg/dl,而CRP正常组WBC为(8.80±4.59)×109/L,PA为(22.26±3.85)mg/dl,两组间比较WBC、PA的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经相关性分析WBC与CRP呈直线正相关,CRP与PA、WBC与PA呈直线负相关。结论 WBC、CRP和PA对感染性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗效果的评价有一定价值。但需要三者同时检测。

Application of prealbumin, C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in infectious diseases

Objective To investigate the relationship and application value of prealbumin(PA),C-reactive protein(CRP) and white blood cell count(WBC) in infectious diseases.Methods PA,CRP and WBC were simultaneously detected in 410 cases of common infectious diseases.The results were statistically analyzed.Results CRP was(37.9 9±50.6)mg/dl and PA was(17.9±3.98)mg/dl in high WBC group.In normal WBC group,CRP was(8.12±11.23)mg/dl and PA was(1.01±3.89)mg/dl.The differences of CRP and PA between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).WBC was(19.99±6.32)×109 /L and PA was(17.88± 2.85)mg/dl in high CRP group,while in normal CRP group,WBC was(8.80±4.59)×109 /L and PA was(22.26±3.85)mg/dl.Significant differences of WBC and PA were found between the two groups(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between WBC and CRP,while CRP and PA or WBC and PA were negatively correlated.Conclusion WBC,CRP and PA are valuable in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis as well as treatment evaluation of infectious diseases.However,simultaneous detection of the three parameters is required.
