防晒化妆品的防晒功效评价研究

近几年来，多种品牌的防晒化妆品在国内市场出现，如何评价一种防晒化妆品的防晒功能，我国现在是无据可依，本研究为制订我国防晒化妆品的防晒功能评价标准提供科学依据。参照美国ＦＤＡ推荐的测试方法，结合我国的实际情况，我们初步建立了一套ＳＰＦ的人体测试方法。在这基础上，我们又建立了ＳＰＦ的透明膜透光测试和新生ＳＤ大鼠表皮透光测试方法。并对这三种方法进行了比较，结果显示三种方法之间有较好的相关性。

STUDIES ON EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUNSCREENS.

There are a lot of sunscreens commercial available in China in recent years.It is urgent to set up the standard for evaluating the effectiveness of the sunscreens.According to the method recommended by the FDA,a modified test which is suitable for Chinese to measure the SPF of sunscreens have been established.The other two methods,evaluating SPFs on the transpore surgical tape and the mouse skin in vitro,also have been set up.There are a good correlation among the three methods.
