摘    要:
通过对大鼠进行皮下注射氯化甲基汞的染毒方式.观察氯化甲基汞对大鼠脑组织脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明:氯化甲基汞可使大鼠脏器(大脑、小脑、肝)的GSN含量下降.LPO水平上升.SOD活力下降,且有一定的剂量反应关系。提示甲基汞的中毒可能与膜脂质过氧化作用有关。

Abstract:
In order to study effects of mathylnlmercury chloride on lipid peroxidation in brain tissue of rats. rats were given injection of methylrnercury chloride. The results showed that methylmercury chloride decreased the coment of reduced glutathione and the activity of superoxide dismutase in tissue of rats, and increased the level of lipid peroxidation, which presented dose-response relationship to som extent. These data Indicate that the toxic effect of methylmercury chloride maybe associated with lipid peroxidation of membrane.
