兰州市学龄前儿童生长发育及影响因素研究

本文对兰州市432名学龄前儿童进行了生长发育、膳食及影响因素调查研究。结果显示儿童身高Z评分低于-2S的中度发育迟缓儿重占4．6％．低于-3s的重度发育迟缓儿童占1．2％，男女重之间差别明显．男童高于女童。儿童体重Z评分低于-2s为1．9％，女童低于男童。发育迟缓儿童的比例高于低体重儿童的比例.膳食调查营养不良发生的主要原因为膳食营养与热能摄入不足。母乳喂养、家庭经济状况良好．良好的饮良习惯等均是保证儿童生长、发育必不可少的条件。

A STUDY ON UP-GROWTH AND ITS INFLUENCE FACTORS FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN LANZHOU

This paper presented an investigation about the up-growth. food and influence factors of 432 preschool children in lanzhou. The results showed that the middle stunting children that Z grade of the children height was lower than-2s possess 4. 6%; The severe stunting child that Z grade of the child weight was lower than -- 3s possess 1. 2%: the difference between the male and the female was significant, male's higher than fernale's. In the weight of children that Z grade was lower than -2s possess 1. 9 % , the moppet was lower than man-child. The ratio of severe stunting child was more than the underweight. In an investigation of diet the main cause of malnutrition was that the intake of diet nutrition and enorgy was insufficient. All of the breastfeeding, rich family economy and nicer diet habit arc essential Prerequlsites for a guarantee of children up-growth.
