| 摘 要： | 目的:评价中药复方新加沙参麦冬汤联合放疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small-cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)的综合治疗效果。方法:选取2005年1月-2009年12月接诊的30例符合原发性支气管肺癌的诊断且经病理或细胞学诊断为Ⅲa、Ⅲb、Ⅳ期NSCLC患者,从瘤体变化、临床症状、体力状况与生存期4方面评价放疗后连续服用新加沙参麦冬汤治疗2月后的疗效。结果:按RECIST标准,患者瘤体变化评价,其有效率53.3%,稳定率86.7%;临床症状量化分级标准评价,治疗主症咳嗽有效率56.7%,缓解率93.3%;卡氏评分结果,有效率56.7%,稳定率86.7%;中位生存期11月。结论:新加沙参麦冬汤配合放疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌具有一定的减毒增效作用。 |
