自我管理技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者负性情绪的影响

目的观察自我管理技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者负性情绪的影响。方法将72例恢复期精神分裂症患者按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各36例,两组患者均予适量的抗精神病药物治疗及一般健康教育,对观察组进行为期4周的自我管理技能训练。入院时及入院4周,用护士用患者观察量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对两组患者进行测评。结果入院4周,观察组患者护士用患者观察量表评定中社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子分高于对照组,激惹、精神病性表现、迟缓、抑郁因子分低于对照组;观察组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表得分低于对照组。结论自我管理技能训练有助于减轻精神分裂症患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高患者社会适应能力。

Effect of self-management skill training on negative emotion for patients with schizophrenia in convalescence

Objective To observe the effect of self-management skill training on negative emotion for patients with schizophrenia in convalescence. Method Divide 72 patients with schizophrenia in convalescence into observation group and control group equally according to hospitalization order. Patients in both two groups receive an appropriate amount of antipsychotic drugs and routine health education. Patients in observation group receive self-management skill training for 4 weeks. Assess patients in two groups by Nurses＇ Observation Scale for Patients, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） at admission and 4 weeks after admission. Result Factor scores of social competence, social interest and personal neatness in Nurses＇ Observation Scale for Patients are higher in observation group than in control group 4 weeks after admission. Factor scores of irritant, psychiatric behavior, retardation and depression are lower in observation group. Scores of SAS and SDS are lower in observation group. Conclusion Self-management skill training can relieve anxiety, depression and improve social adaptability for patients with schizophrenia.
