| 摘 要： | [目的]观察天合保肾合剂对糖尿病肾病大鼠氧化损伤的影响。[方法]大鼠经背部切除单侧肾，2周后以链尿佐菌素（STZ）尾静脉注射诱导DN模型．观察天合保肾合剂对糖尿病肾痛大鼠肾组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）含量的影响。[结果]天合保肾合刺能够显著降低糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织MDA含量，升高SOD、GSH-Px活力，与模型对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。[结论]天合保肾合剂具有显著的抗氧化损伤的作用。 |
