儿童鼻再造方法临床研究

目的探讨适合儿童的全鼻再造方法。方法对临床上常用的扩张后额部皮瓣法、上臂皮管法及前臂游离皮瓣法三种方法在再造鼻形态、质地、颜色及供瓣区情况等方面进行比较。结果额部皮瓣法效果最好但时间长,上臂皮管法效果好但步骤多,体位固定困难;前臂游离皮瓣法效果尚可,损失最大。结论扩张后的额部皮瓣法是儿童全鼻再造的首选方法,上臂皮管法为备用方法,前臂游离皮瓣法为慎用方法。

The Research of Children Total Nasal Reconstruction Methods

Objective In order to search a method to fit for children total nasal reconstruction. Methods The three methods in common use in clinic: the expanded forehead flap method, the upper arm tube flap method and the forearm free flap method is compared each other.Results The forehead flap method is very good, but lasting out a long time, the procedur of the upper arm tube flap is too much, the postur gtabliza-tion is difficult, but the result is good, the forearm free flap method: the result is not bad, but the loss is big. Conclusions The expanded forehead flap method is the first selected method of the total nasal reconstruction, the upper arm tube flap method is the available method, the forearm free flap is the carefully used method.
