人性化护理模式应用于妇科门诊的临床分析

目的对人性化护理模式进行全面系统分析,探讨应用在妇科门诊中的意义。方法 190例妇科患者分为实验组90例与对照组100例。实验组患者手术后采取人性化护理模式,对照组患者手术后采用常规的护理。经一段时间护理后,分析患者的躯体恢复情况及患者对护理的满意度,并通过患者自评的方法评价患者的焦虑及抑郁程度。结果实验组患者的恢复情况好于对照组,两组患者经不同护理方法后的恢复情况在结果上有明显差异,P<0.05。实验组患者对术后护理的满意程度高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者护理后的焦虑及抑郁程度低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论人性化护理模式可以明显促进患者健康的恢复,护理后患者对此护理模式极其满意,并且人性化护理模式可以明显减少妇科门诊手术患者在手术后出现的心理压力,降低手术后焦虑症或抑郁症的发生。

Clinical Analysis of Humane Care Model Applied in Gynecological Clinic

Objective To make a comprehensive system analysis for the humane care model and to investigate significance of the application in gynecology clinic. Methods 190 cases of gynecological patients were divided into experimental group and control group. After surgery, 90 cases of experimental group were given humane care model while 100 cases of control group were given conventional nursing. After a period of nursing, the patients＇ physical recovery and patients＇ satisfaction to care were analyzed and patients＇ self-assessment approach was used to evaluate degree of anxiety and depression. Results The recovery of patients in experimental group was better than that in control group, with significant difference, P 〈0.05. Patients＇ satisfaction with postoperative care in experimental was higher than that in control group, with significant difference, P 〈0.05. The degree of anxiety and depression of patients in experimental group was lower than that in control group, with significant difference, P 〈0.05. Conclusions Humane care model can significantly promote the health recovery of patients after treatment; patients are extremely satisfied with this model of care. Humane care model can significantly reduce the psychological pressure appearance in gynecological outpatient surgery patients and reduce post-operative anxiety or depression.
