综合疗法治疗支气管哮喘86例临床观察

目的:探讨中医辨证用药加吸入可比特气雾剂配合外治方法(频谱照穴、穴位敷贴、穴位注射)的综合疗法防治支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将144例病例随机分为治疗组86例(采用综合疗法)和对照组58例(不采用综合疗法)。治疗期间,比较治疗前后临床症状、体征的变化及血清IgE指标的变化,有无不良反应。结果:两组患者经3年治疗后,临床症状和体征均有改善,总有效率治疗组86.047%,对照组68.966%。治疗组患者的临床主要症状及体征改善与对照组组相比均有显著性差异(P0.05)。远期疗效较近期疗效要高(P0.05)。血清IgE指标变化有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:综合疗法防治支气管哮喘能够明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,是临床预防、治疗支气管哮喘的有效方法之一。
