| 摘 要： | 目的分析慢性重型乙型肝炎患者,联合测定甲胎蛋白(AFP)、血浆凝血酶原活动度(PTA)与血清铁蛋白(SF)对于其预后的意义。方法回顾性分析80例慢性重型乙型肝炎,并根据临床转归分为好转组、死亡组,观察并比较AFP、PTA与SF的变化情况。结果好转组入院时AFP明显高于死亡组,而PTA和SF 2组无区别,治疗后好转组AFP、SF显著下降,而PTA显著上升;死亡组中AFP一直处于低水平,而PTA和SF显著上升。结论动态联合检测AFP、PTA与SF临床上能更好地用于慢性乙型重症肝炎预后的判断。
