| 摘 要： | 目的观察活血利水中药复方对颈动脉粥样硬化并血瘀证患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 56例入选患者随机分为两组,对照组予口服阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组予活血利水中药复方加阿托伐他汀治疗,疗程90 d。观察患者治疗前后血瘀证证候评分、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血液流变学和肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血瘀证候评分明显减轻,hs-CRP和血液流变学水平明显好转(P<0.05),内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)和非内皮依赖性舒张功能(NMD)明显改善(P<0.05)。结论活血利水中药复方能改善颈动脉粥样硬化并血瘀证患者的临床症状,降低hs-CRP水平,改善血管内皮功能。
