摘    要:
对附子、附子与炙甘草、附子与生甘草的水煎液进行定量分析。其结果:附子与炙甘草同煎较附子单煎其乌头类生物碱的溶出率降低28.68%;附子与生甘草同煎其溶出率降低81.18%。

Abstract:
The quantitive determination was done of decocted water solution of the combination of radix aconiti lateralis pretarata with baked radix glycyrrhizae and with raw radix glycyrrhizae respec- tively. The result showed that the solvent rate of aconiti alkaloids was reduced by 28. 68% while combinating with baked radix glycyrrhizae compared with that without combination. And it was reduced by 81.18% while combinating with raw radix glycyrrhizae compared with that without combination.
