| 摘 要： | 观察了山东泗水产东亚钳蝎对清醒家兔心电图的作用。结果表明静脉注射蝎毒溶液(0.75mg/kg)引起R—R间期显著延长(p<0.01),心率减慢,而对P—R间期和QRS波时程无明显影响。大剂量静注蝎毒出现窦房结活动抑制,房室传导阻滞,室性心律和心室内传导阻滞等心律失常。

| Abstract: | The effects of the venom collected from scorpions of Buthus martensii Karsch from Sishui, Shandong on the electrocardiogram of unanesthetized rabbits were obvserved. It is revealed that the R-R interval was prolonged and heart rate decreased significantly after intravenous injection of scorpion venom soluton (p<0.01), but the R-R and QRS interval remain unchanged. Administering a large dosage of scorpion venom, inhibiton of S-A node activity, A-V block, ventricular rhythm and introventricular block were induced. |
