| 摘 要： | 目的 :在昆虫细胞中表达乙型肝炎病毒 ( HBV)的表面抗原。方法 :利用已构建的含有 HBV S基因的重组杆状病毒 Bac- S,在昆虫细胞中进行表达 ,并用间接免疫荧光、ELISA和免疫印迹对表达产物进行检测。结果 :重组杆状病毒感染昆虫细胞后 ,可表达相应大小的 S蛋白 ,且该蛋白可被 HBs Ag特异性单抗 ( m Ab)所识别。结论 :利用杆状病毒表达系统 ,成功地表达了具有生物学活性的 HBV S蛋白。

| Abstract: | Objective:Surface antigen of hepatitis B Virus (HBV)expressed in insect cells.Methods:To use of recombinated rod virus Bac S,conteining HBV S gene,to be expressed in insect cells and its expression product was measured by indirect immun of luoresce technique.ELISA and immune impressional trace.Results:Insect cells were infected by recombinated rod virus and they can expxess corresponding S protein,and theprotein can be recognized by special monoclonal antibody (mAb) of HBeAg.Conclusion:Using expression system of rod virus successfully expresses HBV S protein with biological activity. |
