2种胰岛素强化疗法治疗2型糖尿病的对比观察

目的观察持续性皮下胰岛素输注对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予连续性皮下胰岛素输注,对照组给予多次皮下胰岛素注射控制血糖。对2组治疗效果进行分析。结果 2组治疗后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组血糖达标时间、胰岛素日剂量及低血糖发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论持续性皮下胰岛素输注可加快血糖达标时间、减少胰岛素用量、降低低血糖发生率,是治疗2型糖尿病的有效方法。

The comparative observation of two intensive insulin therapy treatment in 2 type diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in 2 type diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 cases patients of 2 type diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 40 cases.The observation group were given continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,and the control group were given subcutaneous insulin injection.Analyzed the clinical effect of two groups.Results After treatment,FBG and 2hPG of two groups decreased（P0.05）.The time of blood glucose up to scratch,the insulin dose and the incidence of hypoglycemia episodes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion can accelerate blood glucose up to scratch,reduce the insulin dose and reduce the incidences of pregnancy,is a effective method of treating for 2 type diabetes mellitus.
