| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精神病住院患者的暴力行为及护理干预措施。方法对有暴力行为的50例精神病患者进行回顾性分析。结果神经病住院患者的暴力行为与病程、年龄及住院时间有关,通过有效的护理干预措施可减少暴力行为的发生。结论在神经科工作的护理人员应增强自我防范意识,分析患者产生暴力前行为的表现,并进行相应的护理干预,降低暴力行为的发生率,保护医护人员的安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the violent behavior forecast and the nursing intervention measure of psychopath.Methods Retrospectively studied and analyzed the date of 50 cases psychopath having violent behavior.Results The violent behavior of psychopath had relation with course of disease,age and hospital stays.The effective nursing intervention can reduce the violent behavior.Conclusion The nursing staff of neurology should improve the sense of self-protection,analyze the cause of violent behavior,and carry out the nursing intervention measure,reduce the rate of violent behavior of psychopath,and protect the safe of medical workers. |
