| 摘 要： | 目的：研究石榴中有效成分熊果酸的最佳提取条件。方法：采用正交试验法，以溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数３个因素，每个因素选取了３个水平进行实验。结果：因素Ｂ对熊果酸的含量有显著影响。因素Ａ和因素Ｃ则有一定的影响。结论：最佳工艺Ａ３Ｂ２Ｃ１，即用１０倍量９５％ＥｔｏＨ提取１次，每次２ｈ。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the best conditions of to extract ursolic acid from pomegranate.METHOD:A orthogonal test method was used,the solvent ovlume,extraction time and extraction times were the three factors in the experiment.We tested each factor at three levels.RESULTS:The factor B had conspicuous effect on the extraction,and the factor A and C had less effects.CONCLUSION:The best extraction process is A 3B 2C 1,i.e. extracting once by using ten times of EtOH(95%),two hours once. |
