目的：介绍空军总医院临床药师开展合理用药咨询门诊的体会及意义。方法：介绍开展合理用药咨询门诊的方法、与药物相关理论知识和人体生理知识的利用,分析门诊发药交代典型案例及其意义。结果：临床药师开展的合理用药咨询门诊使患者学会了正确的用药方法,大大提高治疗效果,同时可减少与药物有关的医疗纠纷,还能配合医生进行药物不良反应的鉴别。结论：临床药师开展的合理用药咨询门诊与医疗门诊相辅相成,同等重要。

The experience and significance of consulting clinical pharmacists about rational drug use in outpatient department

Objective：To introduce the experience and significance of consulting clinical pharmacists about rational drug use in outpatient department in General Hospital of Air Force of PLA. Methods：The approaches of carrying out consultation about rational drug use and utilization of pharmaceutical and physiological knowledge were introduced. Typical cases of dispensing explanation and their significance were analyzed. Results：The consultation helped outpatients to know rational drug use so that the therapeutic efficacy was significantly improved. The rate of medical disputes could be reduced and adverse drug reactions could be discovered. Conclusion：Consulting clinical pharmacists about rational drug use in outpatient department and consulting doctors in the clinical departments can complement each other and is equally important.
