艾灸结合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

目的观察艾灸联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入观察标准的90例患者随机分治疗组（n=45）及对照组（n=45），治疗组予艾灸、中药保留灌肠联合治疗4周；对照组予口服左氧氟沙星分散片、甲硝唑片治疗4周。结果治疗组痊愈率为53．33％，总有效率为80．00％，对照组痊愈率为20．00％，总有效率为53．33％，治疗组在痊愈率、总有效率均较对照组高，经统计学分析，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论艾灸结合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Clinical observation of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=45） and control group （n=45）. The patients of treatment group were treated with moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema for 4 weeks. The patients of control group were treated with levofloxacin Tablet and metronidazole Tablet for 4 weeks. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate was 53.33%, the total effective rate was 80%. In the control group, the cure rate was 20%, the total effective rate was 53.33%.The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation has significant curative effects.
