摘    要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定聚丙烯输液瓶中铜、镉、铬、铅、锡、钡6种元素含量的方法。方法采用ICP-MS法测定聚丙烯输液瓶中6种金属元素的含量。结果线性范围在0~0.3μg·m L^-1,r=0.9992~0.9999,方法检出限均优于0.0004μg·m L^-1,各元素回收率均在97.7%~100.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均〈2.0%。结论本方法灵敏度高,检出限低,分析速度快,分析精密度高,可用于测定聚丙烯输液瓶中6种金属元素的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a ICP-MS method to determine 6 elements of Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb,Sn and Ba in polypropylene infusion bottles. METHODS The content of 6 metallic elements in polypropylene infusion bottles was determined by ICP-MS. RESULTS The linear range was 0 ~ 0. 3μg·m L^- 1while the correlation coefficient in0. 9992 ~ 0. 9999 and the detection limit was lower than 0. 0004μg·m L^- 1with recovery rate in 97. 7% ~ 100. 8%and relative standard deviation(n = 6) less than 2. 0%. COCLUSION The proposed method is sensitive,accurate and fast with a low detection limit,it can be used determination of 6 metallic elements in polypropylene infusion bottles.
