十味疏风通窍颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立十味疏风通窍颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对颗粒中黄芪、甘草进行定性鉴别,并用HPLC-ELSD法测定颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中均能检测出黄芪甲苷和甘草,阴性无干扰。黄芪甲苷浓度范围在60.06μg·m L^-1~300.30μg·m L^-1之间呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为99.44%,RSD为1.50%(n=6)。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于十味疏风通窍颗粒的质量标准控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Shiweishufengtongqiao Granules. METHODS Radix Astragali and Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma were identified by TLC. The content of Astragaloside IV was determinated by HPLC. RESULTS Astragaloside IV and Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma could be detectel in TLC without interferemce. The experiment showed good linear relationship at the ranges of 60. 06μg·m L^- 1~ 300. 30μg·m L^- 1for Astragaloside IV(R = 0. 9999). The average recovery rare of chlorogenic acid was 99. 44%,RSD was1. 50%(n = 6). CONCLUSION The established methods are not only practical but capable of effectively controlling the quality of Shiweishufengtongqiao Granules.
