八珍颗粒近红外一致性检验模型建模分析

摘    要:目的对八珍颗粒的近红外光谱建立一种快速、简便的鉴别方法。方法采集样品的近红外光谱图,对其进行预处理,分别对浙江A公司和四川B公司这两个厂家测定的光谱建立一致性检验模型,一致性指数(CI)值为6,两个模型性能均良好。结果用这两个一致性检验模型去验证其他品种的颗粒剂,都得到了准确的识别,预测的准确率为100%。结论该方法快速,准确,可用于对市场上该品牌药进行快速筛查,判断是否为假冒伪劣药品。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a convenient,quick identification method for the Bazhen granules by near infrared spectrum. METHODS The near infrared spectrums of the samples were collected,spectrum preprocessing were done to establish a conformity test model. Two conformity test models were established respectively based on Zhejiang A Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd and Sichuan B Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. Two conformity index were both six. Two models showed good performance. RESULTS The two near infrared conformity test models were used to test other enterprise of other varieties granules,have been accurate identification. The prediction accuracy rate was 100%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for this kind of drugs on the market for a rapid screening,judging whether these are fake drugs or not.
