糖尿病对雄性大鼠睾丸及外周血中性激素水平的影响

目的:揭示糖尿病(DM)对大鼠睾丸及外周血中性激素水平的影响。方法:用放射免疫法分别检测正常对照组(n=10)、DM组(n=10)和链脲佐菌素组(STZ组,n=10)大鼠外周血清中睾酮、促黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,同时称取睾丸重量,镜检睾丸的组织形态学改变。结果:DM组睾酮水平显著低于正常对照组和STZ组(P<0.01),正常对照组与STZ组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DM组LH水平显著高于正常对照组和STZ组(P<0.01);正常对照组与STZ组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FSH水平在各组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);HE结果显示:DM组生精细胞、间质细胞数量较正常对照组和STZ组明显减少。结论:DM可致睾丸结构改变,影响睾酮的合成与分泌,并显著降低大鼠血清睾酮水平。

The effect of diabetes mellitus on the testis and contents of serum sex hormones in male rats

Objective: To explore the effect of diabetes mellitus on the testitulars and the level of serum sex hormones in male rats. Methods: Detected the level of serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in diabetic DM rats (n=10), normal rats (n=10) and STZ rats (n=10) by radioimmunoassay and measured the weight of the testitulars and observered the morphological changes in testicular tissue under microscope. Results: The testosterone in DM group was lower than that of the NDM group and STZ group (P<0.01); The testosterone in NDM group and STZ group was inconsequential (P>0.05); The LH in DM group was higher than that of the NDM group and STZ group (P<0.01); The LH in NDM group and STZ group was inconsequential (P>0.05); The FSH was inconsequential (P>0.05); HE staining of testicular tissue indicated that the spermatogetic cells and interstitial cells in DM group were decreased than that of the NDM group and STZ group. Conclusion: DM can affect the structure of testicular and the synthesis of testosterone. It also can significantly decrease the level of serum testosterone in rats.
