80岁以上超高龄腹部手术的临床分析

目的回顾性总结80岁以上超高龄腹部外科病人的手术指证、手术方法及围术期的处理措施。方法提取1999年6月-2006年6月7年间资料较完整的102例80岁以上超高龄腹部外科手术病人,进行回顾性总结分析。结果有1种并存病者为98.04%、2种并存病为89.22%、3种以上并存病为71.57%,术后并发症的发生率为55.88%(55/102),100例治愈出院,术后死亡2例。结论对80岁以上超高龄外科手术病人仔细的围术期处理十分重要,但只要认真做好术前准备,加强对并存病的治疗和心脑血管病意外的预防,尽可能使急变缓改做择期手术减少急诊手术的机会。大都可取得满意的治疗效果。

Clinical summary of abdominal operation for 102 patients over 80 years old

objective] Retrospective analysis of operative indication,operative mathod and treated measure for patients over 80-year old.Methods] Extract to 102 cases intact information of abdominal surgery over 80-year old from July 1999 to July 2000 in seven yesrs,and perfected a retrospective analysis.Results] In all patients,one concomitance disease was 98.04%,two and three concomitances disease were 89.22% and 71.57% respectively.The incidence of complication was 55.88% after operation.One hundred patients were cured completely and two died after operation.Comclusion] It is very important of perioperative treatment carefully for surgery patients over 80.If good preparation is made before performance,to strengthen treatment of concomitance disease and to prevent the angionosis of brain and heart,and diminish the opportunity of emergency surgery as far as possible,that will get a satisfactory effect.
