膝关节半月板损伤的MRI诊断

目的 探讨膝关节半月板损伤的MRI诊断价值.方法 回顾分析30例患者的膝关节MRI与关节镜检查资料.膝关节损伤按Fischer标准分级.结果 30例膝关节共62个半月板.MRI诊断半月板Ⅰ级损伤14个,而关节镜检查未见异常.MRI诊断半月板Ⅱ级损伤31个,而关节镜检查6个正常,25个可见损伤表现.MRI诊断半月板Ⅲ级损伤(撕裂)17个,关节镜检查均有半月板撕裂.结论 MRI对半月板损伤的诊断具有较高的准确性,并能显示关节镜不能发现的早期病变,是膝关节半月板损伤的首选检查方法.

Diagnosis of meniscus Injury in knee joint using MRI

Objective To probe diagnostic value of MRI in diagnosing meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods MRI and arthroscopy data of 30 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Fischer grading was used to grade trauma in knee.Results There were 62 meniscuses in 30 knee joints.14 meniscuses were diagnosed as grade I trauma by MRI but not detected by arthroscopy;31 meniscuses were diagnosed as grade II trauma by MRI,while 6 of them were judged normal by the arthroscopy and 25 were deter-mined somehow damaged by the arthroscopy.17 meniscuses were diagnosed as grade III trauma(tearing up),all of them were found torn up by the arthroscopy.Conclusion MRI is relatively accurate in diagnosing trauma in meniscus and can find early lesions that can not be detected by arthroscopy,deserving a top choice for examining trauma in meniscus.
