| 摘 要： | 目的观察经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法 2008年3月至2010年12月,应用PVP治疗52例67个(胸椎36,腰椎31)骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者。在C臂X线导向下,经椎弓根向椎体内注入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),单个椎体骨水泥注入量为1.6~7.5 mL,平均4.9 mL。结果 术后49例患者疼痛明显缓解,腰背部疼痛在术后4~48 h消失或明显减轻,VAS评分从术前平均(7.93±1.48)分降至术后平均(2.49±1.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访期间没有椎体进一步压缩或变形,无严重并发症发生,所有患者疼痛无反复。结论 经皮椎体成形术是治疗老年骨质疏松脊椎压缩性骨折的一种简单、有效、安全的方法。
